2024 Phoenix Final Four Local Organizing Committee (“PLOC”) is pleased to introduce The Ultimate College Basketball Experience Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes entry period begins on Friday, November 17, 2023, at 12:01:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (“MT”) and ends on Sunday, March 5, 2024, at 11:59:59 p.m. MT (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Mountain Standard Time shall control for all purposes of the Sweepstakes. PLOC’s computer shall be the official clock for purposes of the Sweepstakes.

As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of PLOC, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects, and to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules, Sweepstakes materials, information contained on PLOC’s website, available at www.phoenixfinalfour.com/entertowin. The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations and is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Winning and receiving a Prize (as defined in Section 6) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

1. INSTAGRAM®, META PLATFORMS®, X® AND LINKEDIN® DISCLAIMER

As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree and acknowledge that Instagram LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., X Corp., and LinkedIn Corporation as well as their owners directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, parents, subsidiaries, attorneys, insurers, and associated corporations and entities (collectively, the “SNS Group”) are not sponsors of the Sweepstakes nor do they endorse or administer the Sweepstakes, nor are they in any way associated with the Sweepstakes. All questions regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to PLOC, not the SNS Group. You also agree that as a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you shall release the SNS Group from any and all liability arising out of or relating to your entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize, or the broadcast, exploitation, or use of an entry.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of United States who are: (i) are permanent legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia, excluding Florida and New York that are physically located and residing therein; (ii) are at least eighteen (18) years of age; (iii) are not barred from participation in the Sweepstakes under the laws of the United States, including but not limited to all federal, state, and local laws; and (iv) at all times abide by these Official Rules. Proof of residency and age may be required. Employees of the PLOC, CBS Inc., Turner Broadcasting Systems and the NCAA® and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate families and household members, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings or spouses regardless of where they reside. “Household members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year.

3. HOW TO ENTER During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, visit www.phoenixfinalfour.com/entertowin and follow the instructions provided to complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) entry. All entries

must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. MT on March 5, 2024 to be eligible. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address throughout the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Using an automated system to participate in the Sweepstakes or attempting to subvert the Sweepstakes entry process is prohibited and may result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning entry, the Authorized Account Holder for the social network site associated with the entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The Authorized Account Holder is defined as the natural person that has established the corresponding account with the respective network site.

PLOC is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, computer, online or human error, technical malfunctions, any omission, interruption, defect, or any other error, including, without limitation, lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, all of which may constitute grounds for disqualification in PLOC’s sole discretion. If a problem occurs in the entry process, the entrant is solely responsible for verifying that the entry process has been validly completed. PLOC shall have no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete, late or undeliverable entry. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of PLOC and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrant is responsible for all online charges incurred with any Internet service provider and/or wireless carrier.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS OF WINNING

On or about March 6, 2024, PLOC will conduct one (1) random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period to select one (1) potential winner (“Potential Winner”).

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION and VERIFICATION

On or about March 7, 2024, the Potential Winner will be contacted via phone and/or email. The Potential Winner will be awarded the applicable Prize subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. If a Potential Winner fails to respond within seventy-two 72 hours of notification or the message is returned as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, at the PLOC’s discretion, the Potential Winner may be disqualified in PLOC’s sole and absolute discretion. A Potential Winner may be required to provide proof of their government identification to verify their age. A Potential Winner also may be required to provide their Social Security number or tax ID for tax reporting purposes if PLOC is required to file an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for the fair market value of a Prize awarded and accepted.

At the discretion of PLOC, the Potential Winner will be required to execute and return to PLOC an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release. If a Potential Winner fails to complete, sign and return the above document within seventy-two (72) hours after the date of issuance, or if the document is returned as undeliverable or incomplete or the Potential Winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the Potential Winner may be disqualified in PLOC’s sole and absolute discretion.

In the event a Potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, or if a Prize is unclaimed, the Prize will be forfeited. PLOC, at its sole and absolute discretion, may award the forfeited Prize to an alternate Potential Winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Within forty-eight (48) hours of the secondary drawing, an alternate Potential Winner will be contacted via phone and/or email. If the alternate Potential Winner fails to respond to the direct message within seventy-two (72) hours of notification or the email notification is returned as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, the alternate

Potential Winner may be disqualified in PLOC’s sole and absolute discretion. PLOC retains the right to repeat this process until an alternate Potential Winner complies with the verification of eligibility requirements.

ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY PLOC. PLOC’S DECISIONS AS TO THE ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, ANY CHANGES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND THE SELECTION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS IS FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.

6. PRIZE

One (1) Potential Winner will receive the following prizes, subject to verification of eligibility requirements (the “Prize”). The Prize and its approximate retail value (“ARV”) is as follows:

Two (2) all-session tickets to the 2024 NCAA® Men’s Final Four® Championship Games (“Championship Event”), April 6 & April 8, 2024 in Phoenix, Arizona;
A one (1) room, four (4) night stay at a the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa, to be selected by PLOC, (standard room with double beds, occupancy for four (4), room and tax only) on Friday, April 5, 2024 through Tuesday, April 9, 2024, in Phoenix, Arizona for up to four (4) guests;
One (1) Arizona themed gift basket including state-wide attractions;
One (1) golf package, for up to four (4) guests on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at a predetermined course selected by PLOC (“Golf Event”);
One (1) 2024 Men’s Final Four® gift bag; and
Four (4) tickets or access to each of the following NCAA® ancillary events (“Ancillary Event(s)”), for a total of sixteen (16) tickets:

Men’s Final Four Fan Fest presented by Capital One
Men’s Final Four Music Fest presented by AT&T,
Capital One and Coca-Cola, Reese’s’ Final Four Friday and
Tip-Off Tailgate presented by Nissan. Maximum

The Championship Event, Golf Event and Ancillary Event shall collectively be referred to as a Prize Event(s) (“Prize Event(s)”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $16,415. The ARV for the Prize is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes begins and may vary. If the actual retail value of the Prize is less than or greater than the stated ARV, the Prize winner will not receive the difference.

Prize will be delivered electronically with respect to hotel information and tickets. Tangible items will be placed in winner’s hotel room prior to arrival. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. PLOC is not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen Prizes. PLOC assumes no liability for non-deliverability.

ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES AND FEES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PRIZE WINNERS. ALL OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES RELATED TO ANY PRIZE NOT SPECIFIED HEREIN AND OTHER EXPENSES INCURRED BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, AIRFARE TRAVEL OR GROUND TRANSPORTATION TO PHOENIX, AZ, GROUND TRANSPORTATION TO THE HOTEL AND/ OR ANY EVENT(S), ADDITIONAL LODGING, INSURANCE, INCIDENTALS, MEALS, GRATUITIES, SERVICE CHARGES OR FACILITY

CHARGES, LUGGAGE FEES, AND APPLICABLE TAXES, ETC., ARE ALSO THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. ANY REQUIRED TAX REPORTING FORMS WILL BE FURNISHED TO THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES.

7. PRIZE CONDITIONS

No transfer, refund, cash redemption, substitution, replacement or cash equivalent for any tickets for the Prize Events will be made, including, without limitation, if the tickets have not been used on the day of a Prize Event, except that PLOC, at its sole discretion, may replace a lost, stolen or malfunctioning ticket for a Prize Event. PLOC also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize for another prize of equal or greater value for any reason. The Prize and tickets for any Prize Event are also subject to all terms and conditions associated therewith. Seat locations will be determined by PLOC. The actual value of the Prize may vary based on Potential Winner’s selection.

By participating in this Sweepstakes or accepting the Prize, entrants further acknowledge and agree to the following Prize restrictions:

7.1. Conduct

Prize winner and his or her travel companion must follow all instructions of PLOC and/or staff at any of the Prize Events relative to the Prize and any element thereof. Further, winner and their companion must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize. In the event the Prize winner or his or her travel companion engages in behavior that, as determined by PLOC at their sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, PLOC reserves the right to terminate the Prize or other applicable Prize Event experience early, in whole or in part. In such event, Prize winner may also be required to reimburse the PLOC for the ARV of the Prize.

7.2. Hotel Accommodations

Hotel accommodations are subject to additional restrictions and requirements as set forth in the hotel agreement with Marriott Resort. All incidentals not mentioned within the Prize details, including, without limitation, luggage fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, damage to hotel room, security fees, gratuities, taxes or other expenses, are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner and his/her travel companion.

Occupancy and room availability at the Marriott Resort is subject to additional capacity controls, availability, approval, and other restrictions all of which are subject to change at PLOC’s or Marriott Resort’s sole discretion. Winner will have to provide first party data to JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Resort & Spa and prize must be booked before March 25, 2024 and travel must be completed by April 5, 2024 for check in on April 5, 2024 and check out on April 9, 2024.

7.3 Championship Event, Golf Event and/ or Ancillary Event

In the event the Championship Event, Golf Event or Ancillary Event(s) do not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then in lieu of attending such event, the Prize winner will receive the remaining components of the Prize, which shall constitute full satisfaction of PLOC’s Prize obligation to the Prize winner, and no other or additional compensation or substitution will be awarded by PLOC, except at their sole discretion.

7.4 Incidental Expenses

No changes will be made to the travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked. All other expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the Official Rules, including but not limited to, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, luggage fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, damage to hotel room, security fees, gratuities, taxes or other expenses, including any transportation not mentioned within such Prize description, are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner and his/her travel companion. Prize winner and his or her travel companion are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that PLOC have not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Further, all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the Potential Winner.

Released Parties (as defined in Section 9) disclaim all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any Prize (or portion thereof) accepted by the winner. The awarding of any Prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. All Prizes are awarded AS IS and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) by PLOC. The Prizes are not assignable or transferable and no substitutions are allowed except by PLOC, who may, at its own discretion, substitute a Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value if the prize should become unavailable for any reason. The Prize is not redeemable for cash. All Prize details are at PLOC’s sole discretion.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Except where prohibited by law, by participating in this Sweepstakes and/or accepting a Prize, you grant PLOC and its designees the right to use your name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, testimonials, personal story, voice, address, and other identifying information for any and all commercial purposes of the PLOC, including, without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised without additional compensation, review or approval rights, notification or permission.

Potential Winner and his/her guest may be photographed, videotaped and otherwise recorded by PLOC in connection with this Sweepstakes or during any of the Prize events (collectively, “Footage”). Footage will be owned by PLOC who has the right to use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy and exploit such Footage and all elements thereof, including any names and likenesses embodied therein, on its websites and in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, for advertising, promotional, trade and other purposes with no additional notification or compensation to, or permission of, the winner, guest or any third party. By accepting the Prize, a Potential Winner agrees that his/her name or likeness and those of his/her guest may be included in the Footage and posted on NCAA.org, PLOC’s social media accounts or other websites, in PLOC’s sole discretion. A Potential Winner agrees to and will help PLOC retain necessary releases (as applicable) from his/her guest if requested by PLOC to do so.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge you will be sharing your personal information with PLOC and that PLOC may share such information as well as any data captured in the entry form with the Arizona Office of Tourism. Such information will be used to send electronic communications including but not limited to, marketing advertisements, newsletters, etc. to each entrant. If you are a Prize winner, you further agree for PLOC to share your personal information with the JW Marriott Scottdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa for the four (4) night stay as outlined in Section 6 above.

In addition, by entering, Entrants agree to PLOC’s use of Entrant’s personal information as described in its respective Privacy Policy. PLOC is not responsible for disclosures made by any third party.

BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND CONSENT TO PLOC’S PRIVACY POLICY. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR PERSONAL IDENTIFYING INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PLACING YOUR NAME ON A WINNERS’ LIST, WHICH WILL BE AVAILABLE AT PHOENIXFINALFOUR.COM.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Winning a Prize is contingent upon accepting these Official Rules and fulfilling all requirements of these Official Rules. PLOC reserves the right without liability to disqualify any entrant or cancel, suspend, modify and/or terminate the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, including, but not limited to, insufficient entries, any printing, seeding, typographical, technical errors, human or otherwise, suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes or any other factor beyond PLOC’s reasonable control, as determined by PLOC in its sole and absolute discretion.

In such event, PLOC reserves the right to award the Prizes to the extent required by law for eligible entries submitted up to the time of the impairment (and/or thereafter), or in such other manner as deemed fair and appropriate by PLOC in its sole and absolute discretion. PLOC also reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering or interfering with the operation of the Sweepstakes, acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void such individual’s entry.

ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, PLOC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. PLOC’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of PLOC, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless PLOC, the NCAA, CBS, Inc. Turner Broadcasting Systems, other promotional partners of the Sweepstakes, and its and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing (collectively, “Released Parties”)

from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity (including any travel/activity related thereto) or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize (or portion thereof); and (c) to the use of his/her name, voice, performance, photograph, entry, and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by PLOC and its designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use. By participating, entrant also agrees not to release any publicity or other materials on his/her own or through someone else regarding his/her participation in the Sweepstakes without the prior consent of the PLOC, which it may withhold in its sole discretion.

10. MISCELLANEOUS

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prize, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections of the equipment or software associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, unauthorized human and/or mechanical intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes, technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries If for any reason your entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, your sole remedy is to submit another entry during the Sweepstakes Entry Period through a method set forth in these Official Rules. Under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for punitive, incidental or consequential damages, in which case the liability of the Released Parties will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Released Parties are not responsible for lost event tickets after they are delivered to the Potential Winner and are not responsible for any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or associated websites, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by PLOC, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in PLOC’s sole opinion, compromised for any reason, including virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the PLOC, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, PLOC reserves the right at its

sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the Potential Winner in a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received prior to action taken. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property including, without limitation, death, bodily injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress or loss of data which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use or misuse of any Prize.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, PLOC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

11. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited by law, you agree that (i) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any Prize (or portion thereof) awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and held in Indianapolis, Indiana; (ii) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (iii) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and PLOC in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Indiana, USA.

12. EXTENDED MEANINGS; CURRENCY; FORCE MAJEURE

Unless otherwise specified in these Official Rules, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa and words importing gender include all genders. All dollar amounts referred to in these Official Rules are in lawful money of the United States of America. The Released Parties are not responsible for any damages caused by delay or failure to perform undertakings pursuant to these Official Rules when the delay or failure is due to weather, event cancellations, fires, strikes, floods, pandemics, acts of God or the state’s enemies, lawful acts of public authorities, delays or defaults caused by common carriers, or other events that cannot reasonably be foreseen or provided against.

14. SEVERABILITY/WAIVER
