NCAA Legends and Legacy Community Award
The NCAA Legends and Legacy Community Award honors five unsung heroes who have dedicated their time, resources, and influence to improving and investing in their local communities. This award recognizes and celebrates individuals whose determination and passion drive meaningful change.
The award is presented to individuals who exemplify selflessness, strive for excellence, and provide extraordinary and impactful service within the local communities of the Men’s and Women’s Final Four host cities.
Nominees may include individuals who have made significant contributions in:
- Athletics
- Community service
- Government
- Health and safety
- Higher education
- Fostering cultures of belonging
- Other fields that strengthen and uplift their communities
